Once confirmed, the account deletion will take effect immediately, and your account along with related personal information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored or reactivated.

This "Child Safety Standards" is a public policy document that clearly states our zero-tolerance stance on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and ensures alignment with Google Play's "Child Safety Standards Policy." These standards apply to all users of SELAMU TAMURU and their published content.

15.1. Zero-tolerance CSAE policy

SELAMU TAMURU strictly prohibits all forms of CSAE behavior, including but not limited to:

       Creating, uploading, sharing, exchanging or disseminating pornography or sexualized content involving minors.

       Sexual inducement, deception, coercion or manipulation of minors.

       Request, attempt to obtain or exchange nude photos, sensitive images or personal information of minors.

       Sexual suggestive communication, role-play or other inappropriate interactions with minors.

       To attempt to contact, entice or induce a minor to engage in inappropriate conduct.

       All violations will be dealt with in accordance with the laws and regulations and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

15.2 Child Protection

15.2.1 Age Restrictions

SELAMU TAMURU is for adults aged 18 and above only. The platform will enforce age verification and immediately restrict or block accounts of suspected minors.

15.2.2 Content Review

The platform combines automated monitoring with manual review to continuously monitor the following content:

       any act that may involve a minor

       High-risk or suspicious content will be deleted immediately and escalated if necessary.

15.2.3 Reporting Mechanism

Users can report CSAE-related content or behaviors, suspected underage platform use, and acts of deceiving or exploiting minors. Serious reports will be prioritized, with preliminary feedback typically provided within 24 hours.

15.3 Prohibited Content and Conduct

       Improper interactions with children (e.g. touching or caressing).

       Luring children (e.g. meeting a child online with the intent to have sexual contact with the child online or offline and/or to exchange pornographic photos with the child).

       The sexualization of minors (for example, depicting, inciting or promoting images of child sexual abuse, or depicting children in a way that may lead to their sexual exploitation).

       Sexual extortion (e.g. threatening or extorting children by using their private photos, whether real or claimed).

       Trafficking of children (e.g. by advertising or luring children for commercial sexual exploitation).

15.4 Implementation Standards

To ensure platform safety, SELAMU TAMURU has implemented the following enforcement standards for violations:

       Content processing: Violations will be deleted immediately.

       Account management: Suspend or permanently block non-compliant accounts, and block devices if necessary.

       Legal Notice: Any CSAE-related conduct will be reported to law enforcement authorities without delay.

       Further measures: The Platform reserves the right to take additional legal action against serious violators.

15.5 Developer Statement

Selamu pledges to maintain and regularly update this standard, ensuring strict compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and national child protection laws. By continuously enhancing platform security measures, we provide users with a legal, trustworthy, and secure environment.

16. Protection of Minors' Privacy

We place high priority on protecting minors 'privacy. In accordance with the distribution platform's minors' safety policy, we refuse to provide services, collect data, or conduct marketing promotions for users under 18 years of age.

We are committed to the healthy development of minors and hope to work with you to protect them. You have two ways to join us in this mission:

15.3 Reporting Mechanism for Minors

       If you encounter a suspected minor while using our product or service, please retain clear evidence and report it to us immediately via the customer service email or app complaint portal. We will complete verification and processing within 72 hours of receiving your email and notify you of the outcome.

       If you are a parent or guardian and notice your child using our product, please contact our customer service immediately via email or the complaint portal. We will complete user verification and necessary actions within 24 hours of receiving your email or complaint ticket, and notify you of the outcome. We fully support guardians in removing or uninstalling this application independently.
